Through a selection of 3 wines we will discover the character of this vine, its characteristics and its many facets, a tasting of Nero d’Avola wine not to be missed.
In the countryside south of Noto, in the calcareous soils of the southernmost point of Sicily, in an area not surprisingly called Buonivini, we have been listening to and cultivating this land for four generations. We take care of biodiversity, we use renewable energy and we are proud to have Italian and Swiss organic certification. We believe that agriculture and wine are culture, history, hope, patience, in a word, that the vine is life.
Tenuta La Favola, Noto
In fact, it will be possible to notice how, using different methods of aging, Nero d’Avola is able to develop different scents and aromas, while still remaining a great symbolic wine of the Val di Noto territory.

Guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar;

Rosso di Pietra, DOC Eloro 100% Nero d’Avola, aged in stone tanks.
La Favola, DOC Eloro Pachino 100% Nero d’Avola, aged in stoneware amphorae.
Synà, IGP Terre Siciliane blend Nero d’Avola and Syrah, aged in stone and steel.
The visit to the “Tenuta la Favola” vineyards will be led by TED Federica .The tasting will be accompanied by bread with EVO oil also produced by the Estate, olives, dried tomatoes and a selection of cheeses, a tasting of truly 100% Sicilian Nero d’Avola wine.
