Agata Romeo, president of the Bindu Healthy Life Enhancement association, initially obtained qualifications as a Personal Trainer with the Italian Fitness Federation and Csen, recognised by Coni and EFA. This training enabled her to be selected to follow a training course that began in 2010 in London and internationally recognised.
In England she obtained diplomas as Pilates Teacher, Yoga Teacher and BSBC from Steiner Academy and The Fitness Studio Consultancy. Her strong determination and passion for her work led her to undertake a working career around the world, collaborating with high-level companies, including Canyon Ranch Spa Club.
After her experience abroad, she chose to return to Sicily to share her professionalism and expertise. She is currently dedicating herself to teaching the disciplines of Yoga and Meditation, collaborating with a number of centres in the area. Keeping the spark alive with periodic training and trips to India, in the places of origin of the discipline of Yoga, she devotes herself to the technical, philosophical and cultural deepening that originated the tradition of Yoga and Vedānta with a careful look at the link with the western culture.
She collaborates with the web magazine “Fatti & Avvenimenti” with her column “Corpo & Mente”, through which she shares concepts and themes concerning psychophysical wellbeing. She obtained a first level diploma as an Ayurveda operator with the Navajeevan Ayurveda School, always looking for a holistic approach to prevention and personal care.
